You need to select all lines underneath and remove them. You need to delete the 'Section#' line at the top of INI file. You need to then right-click on the desktop and click 'Gadgets'.
You can try resetting Windows Sidebar to its default settings to fix the Windows Desktop Gadgets not working issue. To do this, you need to open the Control Panel of the system first. Then, you need to access 'Appearance and Personalization' and select the 'Restore desktop gadgets installed with Windows' option. You can also try simply renaming or deleting the Settings.ini to fix the issue. You need to then and restart Sidebar.exe. You can now see a brand new Settings.ini file.
