You have to right-click there and then click the Paste. The selected files would be then copied to the local computer.

You would go to Windows Firewall by clicking Security in Control Panel and then Windows Firewall. You would then click 'Allow a program through Windows Firewall' and need to choose the Remote Desktop check box. If the remote computer is in sleeping mode then also such issue would arise. So you have to make sure that the sleep and the hibernate settings present in the remote computer are set to Never.
In such situations, you have to make sure that you would have been redirected the Clipboard, in order to use it on the remote computer. So firstly you need to click the Start, All Programs and Accessories. You would then click Remote Desktop Connection. You have to then click the Options present in the Remote Desktop Connection dialog box and would click the Local Resources tab. Below that Local devices and resources, you have to choose the check box for Clipboard and would then click Connect.
