Changing security settings

Get user Accounts icon from the Control Panel. A new window will open in which you need to select the 'Change an Account' icon. Select the network user for which you need to change the password. Select the 'Change My Password' link and enter current password when required. You can then enter the new password in 'New Password' text field. Finally, click the 'Change Password' button to get the password changed.
You may get some issues like "-2147024891" error message while changing the password. This may come as a result of administrator access. You need to remove the administrator access to get the issues resolved. To do so, type 'dcomcnfg' in the Run command box, which will open the Component Services. Select My computers from the new window displayed and go to its default properties. Change the Default Impersonation Level to Identify to Impersonate. This will resolve the issue.
