Look for WINS tab and click it. Under NetBIOS setting, click Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP, and then click OK twice. Then, start computer browser from the computer application window.
Install File and Print Sharing
Install file and printer sharing is another solution for Windows workgroup problem. To fix this, go to Run, type ncpa.cpl, and then click OK. Then, click Properties by right clicking the Local Area Connection. After that, select the General tab, and then click Install. Click Add from the Service link. In the Network Service list, click File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks, and then click OK. This will solve your Windows workgroup problem.
