Finally, type ‘exit’ for closing the MS-DOS prompt. After that restart your computer and it will fix the issue.
Reinstall Windows Installer
Another way to fix the error 1719 is to reinstall the Windows Installer. For that, click ‘Start’ button and select ‘run’. Then type ‘cmd’ in the command box. Once the command prompt is opened type 'cd %windir%system32attrib -r -s -h dllcache, ren msi.dll msi.bak, ren msiexec.exe msiexec.bak, ren msihnd.dll msihnd.bak' and exit. Type these commands one after the other and make sure that you have pressed the ‘Enter’ key after typing each command. After that restart your computer. Then you have to reregister Windows Installer DLL files. For that type ‘%windir%system32’ in the run command and note the location of ‘Msiexec.exe’ file. Then click on the ‘Start’ button and open ‘Run’. Type ‘Regedit’ and navigate to the key ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServices’ and click on the ‘MSIServer’. Right click on the ‘image path’ and select ‘modify’. Then type the location of Msiexec.exe file. Then restart your computer in safe mode. Once it is restarted click on the ‘Start' button and type ‘msiexec /regserver’ in the ‘run’ command and press the ‘Enter’ key to clean out the registry.
